Context

Target's expanding workforce was spread across a large geographic region, making it challenging to unify the company's efforts. The retail conglomerate also had a high degree of variation in data knowledge and experience among its workforce. Lastly, with a renewed commitment to DEI, the company was looking to build a diverse, data talent pool.
